PLATTING PROCESSES
- PLAT PREPARATION. Combining survey information with dedicatory and jurisdictional requirements. (Legal information, ownership information, deeds, lien holders, title reports).
- VARIANCES. A request to deviate or waiver from a specific development requirement within the City Ordinance.

- PUBLIC HEARINGS. A secondary and necessary process when re-platting lots or property which have been previously restricted to single-family uses.
- PLAT SUBMISSION. Submission of a surveyed plat subject to the governmental requirements
